We currently own housing throughout many communities in Montgomery County, Ohio. Prospective tenants are screened for eligibility which includes a review of credit and background reports.
Our rental properties are single-family homes and low-density multi-family units. We also work with households who need accommodations due to a disability or handicap. Many of our units meet or can be modified to visitability standards. We offer amenities such as central air and off street parking, and most of our rental properties are located within close proximity to public transportation.
