County Corp Development and CityWide Small Business Development Corporation chart newpath to assist area businesses.
Officials from County Corp Development (CCD) and CityWide Small Business Development Corporation
(CWSBDC) recently announced that they have come together to make it easier for small businesses
located in the Dayton area to access low-interest, long-term financing needed for their growth and
expansion.
Now, small businesses in the Dayton area interested in small business loans like the U.S. Small Business
Administration’s SBA 504 loan program should contact Heather Corbin at CWSBDC at
hcorbin@citywidedev.com. Previously, each organization was a provider of this important loan
program.
With this change, County Corp will now be able to focus exclusively on the core of its mission which is to
improve our community by providing affordable housing and youth development programs that have a
real impact on the lives of our residents.
County Corp, founded in 1979, is the leading Dayton-based non-profit developer of affordable housing
for families, operates the U.D. Department of Labor funded Youth Build Dayton, and is a provider of
programming and services including those from its HomeOwnership Center of Greater Dayton. For more
information about the affordable housing development and programming available from County Corp,
contact Adam Blake at ablake@countycorp.com.
CWSBDC is managed by CityWide Development Corporation. Since 1972, CityWide has served as a non-
profit organization with a mission to strengthen Dayton through its strategic economic and community
development. CityWide develops programs and services to address Dayton’s need for economic growth
and viable, attractive neighborhoods.
