The Lofts at Kettering Town Center

We are so excited to announce that more affordable housing units will be coming to Dayton-area residents with a new project! County Corp and The Oberer Companies were awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. This funding will be used to build 52 new affordable housing units in Kettering, which will be known as the Lofts at Kettering Town Center (“The Lofts”). This building will contain one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units and serve tenants at 30%, 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income.
