Finally, we offer just what the homeowners in Montgomery County have been asking for. A simple program at a fixed rate that allows them to borrower for the improvements they want. With our new Flex Loan there are no restrictions on the type of home-improvements. There is no requirement that the property has to be brought up to housing code standards. CountyCorp price shopped for similar loans and found most people were paying between 18% and 29% interest. Our rate is 8% and it's fixed. Up to 7 years to repay.

For homeowners who live in our target areas the household income can be up to 120% of the median income based on family size. For example a family of 4 the maximum income is $72,450. If the home is located outside a target area the maximum income is 80%. In that case, a family of 4 would max out at $48,150. Call CountyCorp and we can tell you if you live in a target area.
