In 1991, the State of Ohio contracted with County Corp Development for the Ohio Regional 166 program.

County Corp Development also offers two loan programs specific for Montgomery County small business: CDBG and Child Day Care Facility Loans.

Home$aver - A foreclosure prevention program.

The Home$aver Program was designed to assist Montgomery County residents in learning the facts about their mortgage in a safe, pressure-free environment. Knowing what your mortgage terms are long-term is going to be the best way to prevent a foreclosure.
